The Merve Sun Hotel consists of two main buildings and four separate blocks. It is 5466 m² .The main buildings which have 124 standard rooms and three lifts has been opened for service in 2012 has got 2 physically handicapped rooms.

Besides, There are 4 independent side blocks surrounding the main building. They have four or five floors and these buildings are called "Annex building." 52 pieces of existing units in Annex our buildings; They consist of family rooms, standard rooms, economy standard and family rooms. They have been renovated in 2013. There is no elevator in two blocks.
